Holiday Notice for Qingming Festival 2025

Dear Team,

In accordance with the national holiday schedule and considering the company’s operational needs, ZG PLC hereby announces the 2025 Qingming Festival holiday arrangement as follows:

Holiday Schedule:
From Friday, April 4th to Sunday, April 6th, 2025, for a total of 3 days.
Work will resume on Monday, April 7th, 2025.

Please ensure that all departments make appropriate work arrangements in advance to guarantee smooth operations before and after the holiday. Kindly remain reachable during the break in case of urgent matters.

Reminders:

1. Please travel safely and pay attention to personal health and hygiene.

2. We encourage eco-friendly and civilized tomb-sweeping practices during Qingming.

3. Before leaving for the holiday, ensure all office equipment is turned off and windows/doors are securely locked.
